Traveling for the holidays. Not even officially a patient, but when my son‘s bracket broke off on a vicious french fry, they we’re willing to squeeze us in immediately and make the adjustments needed for my son to be comfortable until we can visit his orthodontist at home after our trip. Above and beyond service. A+!!!

I don't often leave reviews, but I need to share how awesome Dr. Jack and team are. I have four kids, and across the family we have had 5 sets of braces/invisilines (so far). We had completed one with Sound and one with another provider when we stumbled into needing three at the same time. It's expensive so I decided to search around. The first thing I'll say is prices seem pretty much the same everywhere I looked. I can't guarantee that for all orthodontists for sure, but at least when I compared price was close. So the difference is in service. Sound has excellent service on many levels. First, I've never been to such a pleasant office. The staff are all friendly and cheerful, and my kids and I leave in a better mood than when we arrived. When I texted questions after hours, the team never made me feel like I was imposing, and answers were always fast. When problems occurred like braces chaffing, emergency appointments were timely. When my prosthodontist asked for procedural changes in the middle, Dr. Jack went with the flow and always did what was best for me. I can't say enough great things about my experience with this place! From the very first appointment, their customer service was outstanding. I was greeted with kindness and felt supported throughout the entire process, which made me feel at ease right from the start. The staff and doctors are truly wonderful—so caring, sweet, and attentive at every single visit. They took the time to listen to my concerns and worked with me to create the best care plan that suited my needs. I never felt rushed and always felt like I was in the best hands. The office itself is always clean, bright, and has such a calming environment, making each visit feel comfortable and stress-free. Love Sound Orthodontics! They are so quick to get everything processed and scheduled! Everyone is so friendly and always helpful! The orthodontists are simply amazing! My son was told his treatment would take around 17 months and with due diligence on both ends we accomplished treatment in less than a year. I would definitely recommend
